Match Report Press Report

Lee-on-Solent 2 Lost to Trojans 3 in a close match.

With the home team having higher Gradings in 2 of the strings, the match was always going to be in their favour. The away team proved the statisticians wrong though by clinching a great win.

On paper, the number 3 string should have been the closest, with only 96 ranking points separating the two players before the match. Home advantage prevailed though, with Christopher HORNE winning through.

It was the number 2 String which turned out to be the most competitive, with the Players battling out over a total of 101 Points ! Victory finally going to the Away Player, Jamie Curness.

Player of the match must be the Away number 1 string, Kevin Harris, who over-turned a 1559 ranking points disadvantage to record a great win.
